Contest Due Date - October 28th
    All entries must be in the hands of the contest coordinator on or by this date.

Filling out the Entry Form
    This year the entry form will be handled completely online. Simply fill out the form and click on submit. A printable copy of your entry forum will be sent to your browser as confirmation of your form submission. If you are submitting your entry via snail mail you will need to include a printed copy of your entry form with your entry. FTP users do not need to submit a copy of the form, however may upload a copy to the FTP if they wish.

FTP will be AVAILABLE:
   Host Name: ftp.ngsilver.com
   Port: 21
   Username: sugoiamv
   Password: amV3Ug0i
    Navigate to the proper folder for the category you will be entering. Upload your video. If you have problems contact the coordinator. The server only supports a few connections at a time, so be sure to upload your video early. You don't want to get stuck unable to upload on the last day with everyone else.

Update to assist in playback quality
    If you are submitting an MPEG2 encoded in progressive, add 3:2 pulldown on playback to increase the quality of the playback using the H+ decoder card. (as described in the rules)
